The implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol for Food & Beverage in our hotels includes three procedures, namely: procedures for restaurants, for services, and cashiers. Procedures for restaurants include checking body temperature for each guest, setting the distance between tables, limiting capacity, and cleaning tables before and after use. The procedures for services include recommending breakfast in the room, cleaning eating and drinking equipment. Finally, procedures for cashiers include recommending the use of electronic payments, using hand sanitizers or washing hands after cash transactions, and cleaning equipment.
